Hours of Operation:

We are open daily from 9am to 10pm. Our last Spa booking everyday is at 9pm. for any one-hour treatment.

Advance Bookings:

Advance bookings are recommended to ensure your preferred schedule. For guests of The Sukhothai Hotel, please supply either your room number or check-in name. For non-hotel guests, credit card details are required.

Please arrive at the Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for a spa consultation. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment duration.

Cancellation Policy & No Show:

Cancellations with less than 6 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of your total services cancelled and a no-show will incur full charge.

Special Health Considerations:

Please inform our spa reservations upon making a reservation whether you have any of the following conditions : High blood pressure/allergies/heart condition/physical ailments or disabilities. We also recommend that alcohol not be consumed before or immediately after your treatment.

Pregnancy:

Our therapist will provide professional assistance in selecting treatments suitable to your condition. Body treatments are recommended only after your ﬁrst trimester.

Dress Code:

Appropriate spa attire will be provided during your spa visit. Hotel guests are welcome to visit Spa Botanica in their robe and slippers.

Valuables:

The management is not responsible for damages, lost or stolen money and valuables brought into Spa Botanica. Lockers are provided for safekeeping of your belongings.

Mobile Phone:

For the comfort of all our guests, you will be asked to switch off your mobile phone while visiting Spa Botanica.

Gift Certificates:

For the ideal gift or special occasion treat a friend or loved one to an exclusive pampering session with our Spa Botanica Gift Certiﬁcates. Our receptionist will be pleased to assist you in selecting your choice of treatments. 24-hour advance notice is required.

Refund and Exchange policy:

All products purchased at Spa Botanica are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Charges:

All prices are in Thai Baht and are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government tax. Prices are correct at the time of printing. We reserve the right to change prices.
