Thai Baht Rates – Please Note:

All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates.

Terms and Conditions

  • The package price is subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax, currently 7%
  • Package price is based on twin or double occupancy at a minimum 2 nights stay for 2 person
  • The THB 1,500 credit can only be used against purchases in Spa Botanica or any of the hotels Food & Beverage outlets (including room service). The credit is non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation inside of 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room charge
During the period of 23 December – 4 January (inclusive), cancellation inside 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room charge.
