All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates.

Terms and Conditions

  • The package price is subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax, currently 7%
  • Package price is based on single/twin or double occupancy at a minimum 2 nights stay for 2 person
  • Food & Beverage credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or amount deducted off hotel account other than in-hotel food & beverage purchases
  • Spa Botanica massages cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for cash or the total deducted from hotel account if not used.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation inside of 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room charge.
