Thai Baht Rates – Please Note:
All our rates are quoted in Thai Baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the “on-shore” Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use “off-shore” conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates.
Terms and Conditions
- All rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and please refer to Bed & Breakfast Package (accommodation with daily buffet breakfast only) for additional night, if required
- A minimum consecutive stay of 2 nights is required during 23 Dec 2009 – 2 Jan 2010 (inclusive)

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation inside of 24 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room charge
During the period of 23 December – 4 January (inclusive), cancellation inside 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room charge.
